By accessing or using Glimmer Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
3. Purchases and Payments
Event and session purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to attend the purchased session and access its recording. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your registered session, minus any payment processing fees. After that point, no refunds are issued — but the recording will be yours to keep. If you purchased a Series Pass, refund eligibility applies up to 24 hours before the first session in the pass. Individual sessions within the pass cannot be refunded once that session has begun. Tickets and passes are non-transferable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including event recordings, workshop materials, written materials, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Glimmer Network and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimmer Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
